About Jacob Peterson

Licensed since December 2025, I bring over two years of experience in the real estate industry, along with a background in property management that has given me insight into multiple sides of the business. I’ve always been drawn to real estate, studying it in college at California State University, Northridge, where I earned a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate. I’m detail-oriented, reliable, and attentive in my work, and I approach each client relationship with care, consistency, and a strong focus on communication. I’m easygoing by nature but motivated, and I value building lasting relationships while helping clients navigate important decisions with confidence. Born and raised in Los Angeles, I continue to call the city home and enjoy staying active, spending time with friends and family, and exploring everything LA has to offer. I joined the Human Element Team because of its relationship-driven approach and hands-on support, and I’m proud to offer my clients not only my dedication and responsiveness, but also the experience and backing of the Keri White Team.
