Discovering Los Angeles one home at a time.
I did not take the usual path to real estate. I was an engineer in Chile before I built my life in the United States, and I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2017. Engineering trained me to read numbers, plans and details without flinching, and I bring that same eye to every contract, disclosure and inspection report my clients sign.
Real estate found me before I went looking for it. In 2016, I started working with a real estate investor and developer in San Diego, and I spent four years doing deals with him across San Diego County. That is where I learned this business from the investor's side of the table: how to evaluate a property cold, what a good number looks like before anyone falls in love with a kitchen, and when to walk away.
At 40, I made a decision many people told me was too late: I decided to go to medical school. Instead of taking on student loans, I chose to pay for it through the work I know best, real estate. For me, this is not a side job. It is how I am building my future, so every client gets my full attention.
I know Los Angeles the way I am learning to know everything: home by home. I am documenting a project on Instagram called 90 Homes in 90 Days, walking through and discovering ninety Los Angeles homes in ninety days, because I believe you cannot guide someone to the right door unless you have opened a few hundred yourself. Every home teaches me something new about a neighborhood: the light, the noise, the block, the price behind the price.
Fluent in Spanish and English, I serve clients from every background in Los Angeles, including newcomers who need an agent who understands what it means to start fresh in a new city.
How I can help:
Whether you are buying your first home, selling one you have outgrown, or investing in this city, you will not get a script from me. You get the same agent who opened the other eighty-nine doors, the same training that closes deals with investors, and the same discipline I am bringing to medicine.
