About Sarina Jarchi

A UCLA graduate, born and raised in Pasadena and now living in West Los Angeles, Sarina brings a genuine love of people, a positive outlook, and a strong work ethic to her career in real estate. She was drawn to the industry by the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while helping people navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives.

Approachable, dedicated, and client-focused, Sarina believes that great real estate service begins with listening. She takes the time to understand what is truly important to each client and is committed to making the buying or selling process feel positive, personal, and supported. Whether helping someone find the place they have always imagined or guiding them through their next chapter, she finds fulfillment in helping clients turn their goals into reality.

Her commitment to putting people first is also what attracted her to the Human Element Team. She shares the team's belief that exceptional client service should always be at the center of the real estate experience.

Outside of real estate, family is at the heart of Sarina's life. She is married and the proud mom of two children, and some of her favorite moments are simply spending time and playing with her kids. Her family also includes their dog, Artemis.
